As a son of a Southern Baptist Minister, Jeff developed an appreciation for gifted orators and the art of communication. He combines this gift with his love for the outdoors, fishing, exploration, history and conservation.
For 14 years, Jeff owned and operated True North Outfitters in the Red River Gorge of Kentucky. During this time became the largest guide service (per client field hours) east of the Rockies. As age took it’s natural toll, he wisely traded in his crampons, ropes and rock climbing shoes for a well used fly rod.
Please join us as we explore new areas to fish and the rich, and often surprising, history that lies just below the surface of every destination.
